Route map (OLD COURSE)

NB THIS IS NOW THE OLD COURSE AS THE 2016 ROUTE WILL BEEN EXTENDED TO INCLUDE AN ANTI-CLOCKWISE LOOP IN THE FIELDS TO THE NORTH OF THE KNOTT.
NEW COURSE MAP WILL BE PUBLISHED IN SUMMER 2016!

Please note changes for 2015.
Junior u14s and u16s race will now be turned back towards the finish by the marshal at M5.
This is at the junction of the path down from Arnside Park and the main roadway through New Barns caravan site. Although they run a shorter distance than before there's more climb per mile.

There is now no marshal at "M6".
