Race day information for Sunday 17th November 2019

Senior race is now full
No waiting list in operation- if any spare places become available on the day they will be allocated on a turn up first come first served basis at £8 entry fee

Junior races are £1 entry on the day - more details further down

The Runners Centre Lancaster will be bringing lots of 'sale' shoes - mainly road, but all shoes will be £40 per pair (rrp £120).
They are also raising money to have a defibrillator fitted outside the shop and will be bringing a donation box - all contributions will be welcome

Parking
Please park in the front field area as directed by the stewards ,and try to car share if possible - don't attempt to drive down the farm/campsite access lane as this will interfere with the race route and pedestrian circulation.

Registration
Senior registration is in the event shelter round past the farm/office buildings - collect your vest number from 10.45 am onwards - Registration closes at 11.50 am to ensure a prompt 12.15 start.

Junior registration and toilets are further round in the modern amenity block behind the refreshments stall - juniors £1 entry on the day- registration opens at 10.15

Kit Requirements
While we're hoping for a sunny Autumn day who knows what the weather will be like in late November! So bring appropriate clothing including a waterproof top ,leggings, warm hat and gloves and be prepared to carry them if instructed to by the organiser.

Refreshment stall - award winning toilet and shower facilities - the money from refreshments and part of the race fees will go to Bay Search and Rescue and towards Dallam Running Club junior development
