Thanks to everyone who turned up to run / help / marshal in this year's event despite the rather wet conditions - The Runners Centre Lancaster / Rowan Wood Sports Therapy / Bulloughs of Arnside for their support and prizes - landowners The National Trust / New Barns Estate for their co-operation - and especially Holgates Caravan Parks for the use of Hollins Farm with it's fine facilities.
A new men's winner Rupert Allison from Dark Peak Fell Runners and a second win for Sharon Taylor in the women's race beating her 2017 finish time.
